We chose the placement path on purpose. AI-native teams need engineers embedded in production on customer codebases — fast. We pre-vet talent, lock down availability and rate, and introduce only candidates who can actually start. You contract them directly (W-2, 1099 or C2C). No ongoing margin, no markup on the engineer's rate.
