FDE-Jobs.com is a brand of PROAG AG, a Swiss staffing entity built specifically for Forward Deployed Engineers.

We chose the staffing path on purpose. AI-native teams need engineers embedded in production, on customer codebases, often crossing borders. Doing that legally in Switzerland means picking the right track — Personalverleih or Vermittlung — and running the paperwork properly. That's our job.
